Awareness program conducted on occasion of Earth Day for Grades 5 to10, Students were explained about history of Earth, about the threats against environment and steps to protect our earth
ASHADI EKADASHI CELEBRATIONN
It is one of the most significant festivals in Maharashtra. As our school is located in the village where people are more in tradition & devotion. We celebrate this festival to inculcate the culture of Warkari cult among the students. Children came to school in ethnic wear like dhoti, kurta and sang devotional songs. It is simply spectacular to see this tradition of Maharashtra which is very colourful.
CHILDREN’S DAY CELEBRATION
This day we celebrate to pay homage to their Chacha Nehru . In Radiance we celebrated this day by organizing various programs, games, and activities for them. Children had a lot of fun by participating in Houssie game/ musical chair/Antakshari/ Damsharas . Teachers performed dances and sang songs to entertain children.
DIWALI CELEBRATION
The festival of light is celebrated in a very grand manner by conducting various activities like Diya decoration, Rangoli making to inculcate the values of Empathy & thanksgiving children collected old clothes, sweets and distributed them in the orphanage.
CHRISTMAS CELEBRATION
Children celebrated Christmas Eve by singing carols with Santa. They played games like Treasure Hunt. And exchanged gifts with friends (i.e. SECRET SANTA) Ramp Walk was also done by the girls and boys.
KRISHNA JANMASHTMI CELEBRATION
This year we celebrated Krishna Janmashtami online by showing them a short animated story. We passed the message to children that “ Milk and Milk Products Make Me Mighty”. Quiz was conducted related to Milk Products. Slides were shown to identify the products and brands. Teachers instructed children on the importance of nutritional food for bones.
HALLOWEEN DAY CELEBRATION
A face painting competition was conducted. To improve painting skills and abilities such as attention to features and communication. Children used eco-friendly colours and showed their artistic talents and enjoyed colours by making fearful face gestures and sounds.
SHIV JAYANTI CELEBRATION
As our school is located in the vicinity of Junnar. The birthplace of Shivaji Maharaj. We celebrated it on 19th Feb 2022. Children had given speeches on Shivaji Maharaja’s history. Children sang Povada and played drums with lezim.
ANNUAL GATHERING
It is a well-known time to execute “The Annual Day Program ''. It was conducted on 12th Feb 2022. This year under the program “ Ek Bharat Shrestha Bharat '' – ‘Nari Shakti’. As it is organized once a year to bring out teachers, students, school management, and parents on the same platform to conduct and have a good time together. On this platform, children boost up their talents, confidence, teamwork, and confidence.
WOMEN’S DAY CELEBRATION
We celebrated it on 12th Feb 2022 in the annual gathering itself. We had organised various games for all ladies’ parents like, The advertisement tagline, Brand name, Handbag queen, Guessing Song with a given particular word. General GK Quiz. Guessing the known personalities. All mothers participated and they were encouraged by giving a small token of prizes.
